Cancellation Policy
Please read our cancellation terms before booking your safari and stay.
Safari booking & cancellation
- ✦Safari permits once booked cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
- ✦All safari bookings are strictly subject to availability from the Forest Department, and availability cannot be guaranteed.
- ✦In case of cancellation by the Forest Department or TATR authorities, Tadoba Safaris and Stays will not be held responsible.
Resort cancellation
- ✦No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- ✦Only Credit Notes will be provided, valid for 180 days from the date of cancellation.
Room cancellation charges
- ✦Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: 50% retention applicable.
- ✦Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 75% retention applicable.
- ✦Cancellation within 15 days of arrival: no refund applicable.
